Henna Service Policies
By booking your appointment through our online booking portal, you affirm that you have read and agree to the policies set forth below.
Payment In Advance
We make our henna paste fresh once we receive an appointment booking. Also, most henna services are performed on the hands, making it difficult for payment to be made at the time of your service. We want to provide you with the most relaxing experience possible without worry about smudging your henna design. We also do not want to waste the henna paste that was made for your service. Therefore we require payment in advance, at the time of booking your service.
We do not offer refunds on henna services. When you book an appointment, you are paying a retainer for our services when required by you and we have set aside that time to provide services specifically for you. In addition, as stated above your henna paste is prepared fresh for you at the time you book your appointment. We make an investment of our time, skill, and materials when you book your appointment. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits. This includes your decision to cancel your appointment for any reason.
Life happens. If you need to cancel your henna appointment, please be courteous and notify us no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please refer to the Refund Policy above.
You may reschedule your appointment one time because we understand life happens. If you are not able to make the rescheduled appointment, no further reschedules will be allowed. This is to ensure that availability for others to book appointments remains unhindered. Please note our Refund Policy.
Please be aware that if you arrive for your henna session and you are ill, your appointment may be cancelled and rescheduled at the discretion of the henna artist. Please be aware of our Refund Policy.
Tardiness and No-Shows
Please be respectful of your henna artist’s time and arrive to your scheduled appointment on time. Your service will end at its scheduled end time regardless of when you arrive for your appointment. We must ensure that appointments which follow yours receive prompt attention at their scheduled time. Please note our Refund Policy.
Our Accommodations and Children
We offer henna services in addition to the other services offered in our Studio. However, although our space is able to accommodate 12 people at a time, we ask that you limit the guests which accompany you. There may be guests which arrive early or guests who have just received their henna services and are wanting the paste to dry before leaving the Studio and we would like to be able to accommodate everyone.
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the Studio while you are receiving henna services. We are an art studio in addition to offering henna services and therefore we have numerous tools, materials, and equipment that can pose safety concerns with unsupervised children.
